About the Position:

We are now seeking a driven and resourceful Administrative Assistant to support the Deputy VP of Business Development. The Administrative Assistant will provide support in the fundraising department, assist with corporate events / tradeshows, take on special projects (research, etc.), and other administrative duties as requested. In addition, the candidate will also support VP’s in the division with administrative requests that include pulling reports, sharing data, etc. We are looking for someone who is personable, a self-starter, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client service database
  • Maintain database of corporate event attendees
  • Assist with logistics for corporate events as well as tradeshows
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative activities for the company’s Advisory and Intent to Prescribe programs
  • Run various reports from the CRM system and distribute to appropriate parties
  • Special projects and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience
  • Experience in a client facing position within the financial services industry preferred
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills (advanced Excel skills required)
  • CRM experience preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
