Our greatest asset has been and will continue to be our people. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant in our US Onshore Resources & Carbon Management (ORCM) EOR group, based in Snyder,Texas.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide diverse administrative support which includes maintaining smooth operation of the office and coordinating staff schedules and calendars
- Schedule meetings, catering, travel, conferences, and other events
- Receive guests, handle departmental mail, screen, and direct calls, and maintain both electronic and hard copy files
- Design and generate reports, presentations and miscellaneous correspondence as required
- Prepare, submit, and track expense reports
- Coordinate office moves and assignments
- Order office supplies
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Prepare time reports, expense reports, and organization charts as needed for the department
- Handle SAP processes
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as administrative assistant in oil and gas industry
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office usage (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required
- Essential skills include strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and problem solving and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and to work effectively under tight deadlines are required
- Accuracy, efficiency, professionalism, and discretion must be exercised due to the sensitive nature of information to be handled
- Relevant oil & gas industry experience is preferred
- Knowledge of the terms and vocabulary of the industry is preferred
- Good time management and problem-solving skills
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required

- Understanding and knowledge of Oil and Gas industry, administrative experience
