Hello! We are looking to add a new member to our work family in the role of Administrative Assistant. If that is you, duties of the Administrative Assistant will include:
- Answering and returning phone calls (some days there are none) & emails
- Maintaining an open channel of communication with our clients
- Working closely with the Owner
- Assisting in designing marketing material
- Ordering and maintaining necessary inventory & research new deals/suppliers
- Updating/maintaining office policies and procedures (Always trying to be better!)
- Assisting in daily office needs
- Assisting in the preparation of weekly sales reports and analysis (will train)
- Maintaining/Keep track of expenses
- Managing our company’s general administrative activities/space
Added Value
An eye for design, previous quickbooks experience, familiarity with Canva or other graphic design software, Bookkeeping experience, familiarity with social media marketing, and previous experience are all a plus.
Requirements:
- Pass a Background Check
- Be able to respond to emails 7 days a week. Phone calls M-F.
- Have reliable transportation (your own vehicle).
- High school Diploma/GED or Higher education.
- Familiarity with computers and office related software (Confident but basic level) including Excel/sheets, Word/Docs, Dropbox, email, general abilities.
- Willingness to work; although the job is hybrid, it is expected that you will fulfill your role day in and day out.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

You will become a vital asset to our team and will be treated as a real person with a real life. Pay is subject to periodically increase based on quarterly/biannual review.

Due to the nature of our business, SOME time in the office will be mandatory, however a majority of the role can be accomplished from the comfort of your (relatively quiet) home. Time in our physical location may vary from week to week, but you won't wake up one day to find your job is no longer hybrid.
