• Monday - Thursday (7am - 6:30pm/1.5-2 hr lunch break)
• Fridays off

Must be available evenings and some weekends for events or training seminars, personal growth & development (3-4 weekends a year and they’re SUPER awesome).

What You Will Do

As a Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clinical tasks, including:

• Greeting and welcoming patients
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Supporting the Doctors with patient flow
• Collecting payments and insurance information
• Ordering supplies
• Maintaining patient records
• Billing
• Insurance verification

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a medical or chiropractic office is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Medical Billing and/or bookkeeping experience is a plus
• Previous Patient Care experience is a plus
