Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Overview
In this Administrative Assistant role, you will be supporting senior executives in the Regional Management Division. Your primary duties include calendar management, travel booking and expense management. You will also be responsible for other ADHOC projects as necessary.

What You’ll Do
You will be providing administrative support to the Head of Americas ESG, Head of Americas Communications & Head of US Political Affairs
Primary tasks will include calendar management, coordinating meetings and events, booking travel, submitting expenses, renewing subscriptions
You will also be supporting the Regional Management business manager with ADHOC tasks and projects such as: processing invoices, vendor onboarding, occupancy reviews, business contingency planning
Skills You’ll Need
Relevant experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting senior executives
Good understanding of Deutsche Bank’s policies, systems, and tools for booking travel, processing invoices and expenses
Highest degree of personal integrity and confidentiality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities
Demonstrated team player with excellent organizational skills and ability to anticipate needs
Proven ability to solve problems proactively and pragmatically
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Nitro
Self-motivated
Self-starter
