Contractors State License Schools, the #1 Contractors Exam Prep School in California, is seeking two Administrative Assistant for our San Rafael, CA office. One full-time and one par-time

Job Details:

· First point of contact to all customers and students visiting and contacting the school.

· Must provide student satisfaction by providing high quality customer service.

· Assist students with applications, bonds, DBA’s, Corporations, etc.

· Must maintain knowledge of all products and services to better serve each student.

· Maintain student records through Customer Management System (CMS). Use CMS to track student progress and update student records.

· Address student and counselor’s concerns, questions, and or conflicts over the phone (inbound and outbound calls) or in person.

· Provide day to day support to the sales staff at the school.

Requirements:

· Education: Must have a high school diploma

· Customer Service Experience: 2 years

· Administrative Experience: 2 years

· Spanish: Required

· Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks, strong phone and email (outlook) skills, data entry experience, and customer service skills required.

Work Hours: Full Time & Part Time Schedules Available

Pay Rate: $18.50/hour + monthly commission and quarterly bonuses
