• High School Diploma. Associate Degree preferred.

• Prefer a minimum of two years college or specialized training from a business or secretarial school.

• Use of personal computer, Microsoft Office, multi-line phone, use of general office equipment.
• Competent to complete meeting notes and minutes with minimal supervision
• Supervision Received: CEO General Working Environment: Hospital setting.
• Staff working in this position may be required to intervene and assist with aggressive patients.
• Works in a well-lighted and ventilated setting, is subject to frequent interruptions, is involved with the patients and personnel throughout designated unit under varying conditions and circumstances.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods.
• Able to participate in crisis prevention intervention.
