Required qualifications:

**Must be located in Miami or Broward county, FL**

Professional verbal and written communication skills

High school graduate

Fully bilingual English & Spanish (read, write, speak)

1 year administrative/operational experience

Knowledge/Skills:

All Microsoft Office and Google Workspace programs

Create reports, presentations, and marketing materials

General Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage class schedules for 15 instructors across 9 school locations
  • Maintain positive and productive relationships with all stakeholders
  • Be main point of contact for schools and instructors
  • Order class supplies, books, instruments, marketing materials
  • Coordinate with vendors (website host, accountant, suppliers, etc.)
  • Monthly invoicing and adequate follow-up for partner schools
  • Verify all instructor hours in a timely manner for payroll on the 15th of every month
  • Plan and execute events and demos at partner schools
  • Ensure class coverage for instructors who are sick or on vacation
  • Conduct background checks for all instructors
  • Draft letters and emails for important school communications & marketing outreach
  • Manage personal and professional calendar for Director
  • Make monthly payments for recurring business expenses
  • Coordinate instructor meetings
  • Able to visit schools for events and occasionally pick up/drop off materials
  • Create and manage instructor job postings, complete initial phone screening, obtain proper pre-employment paperwork and contract
  • Respond to parent inquiries regarding lessons in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage business social media
  • Additional business administrative duties as they arise

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
