- Education: Bachelor or higher, University student in the last degrees of administrative, education or engineering careers.
- Minimum experience of 6 months in administrative tasks, preferably in educational institutions.
- Knowledge of office automation.

Main functions of the position:
- Verify and validate both digital and physical documentation.
- Attending the reception in person and by telephone to both internal and external customers.
- Perform assigned tasks within the department, taking into account the workload corresponding to different times of the year (enrollment, records, recognitions and degrees).
- Working day: Full Time. Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
