The Job:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Account Manager to handle the daily financial processes of all projects related to specific customer accounts and serve as the lead point of contact on customer matters.
The Daily:
- Organizes and maintains customer files using project management software
- Manages project revenue cycle to include processing sales orders, invoicing, posting customer payments, and handling accounts receivable
- Communicates with field employees to ensure accuracy of project details and information
- Completes profit and loss analysis for each project upon completion
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Clerical experience required
- Administrative experience required
- Customer Service experience required
- QuickBooks for Desktop experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
