Project Accounting Specialist

*This is a fully onsite position, must be local to Norcross, GA; Niantic, CT; Madison, WI; or Bentonville, AR. (Offices and positions listed in all areas mentioned, fully onsite).*

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Accounting Specialist:

• Working with Project Managers to gather accurate and timely information for monthly billing.
• Running and Reviewing credit reports for any new customers to determine credit limits.
• Reconciliation of various discrepancies with customer accounts.
• Accurately applying payments to customer accounts.
• Generating invoices for customers using various software packages.

Required Skills for the Accounting Project Specialist:

• 2+ years of billing and collections experience.
• 2+ years AR experience.
• Extensive Microsoft Office experience.
• Experience supporting Project Management teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift

• Accounts receivable: 3 years (Preferred)
