Dutton Equipment Services, a Smart Care Equipment Solutions Company, to service Commercial kitchen equipment repair services. Over the past 30 years our company shifted focus to include not only kitchen equipment but also refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Ventilation services.

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

What You Will Do:

• Make daily collection calls to Clients
• Conduct account research and analysis
• Prepare and maintain various reports
• Maintain an accurate aging report
• Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments
• Send statement to outstanding customers
• Reconcile A/R
• Tasks as they are assigned
• Clients reporting
• Interact with clients to resolve outstanding issues
• Reporting top AR clients
• Updating management
• Accounting department with client reporting, invoicing, tracking, issues.
• Complete projects for a variety of accounting positions if assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/ GED (or higher) OR 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
• 2+ years of experience in collections and cash application troubleshooting issues
• 2+ years of experience communicating effectively with clients and account managers
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft products, specifically performing V-lookups and creating pivot tables in excel

Pay: $18.00 - $21.50 per hour
