CrossAmerica Partners LP is a leading U.S. wholesale distributor of motor fuels, operator of convenience stores, and owner/lessee of real estate used in the retail distribution of motor fuels. With a geographic footprint of 34 states, CrossAmerica Partners distributes branded/ unbranded petroleum for motor vehicles to approximately 1,800 locations and owns or leases over 1,100 sites.

Accounts Receivable reports directly to the Accounting Supervisor within the Accounting Department. This entry level position assist the supervisor of accounting primarily with cash reconciliation, rent collection and receipts, and accounts receivable.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and/or review monthly, quarterly, and yearly reconciliations related to areas of responsibility, primarily cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other accounts.
• Record, reconcile, and provide reports for rent collection, receipts, and tenant account balances
• Prepare monthly reports provided to leadership team related to assigned areas
• Prepare and record month end journal entries
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls for areas of responsibility

Skills & Knowledge:

• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Very strong spreadsheet skills (excel, word, etc)
• Able to manage fast paced environment
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized
• Self motivated
• Ability to work independently
