Position Summary: Accounts Receivable Manager
Company Background
Founded in 2009, Midwest Equipment Sales (“MWE”) is a rapidly growing developer, importer, and distributor of market leading products through two divisions: (1) aftermarket tracks and tires for the small and mid-size equipment industry (the “Tracks & Tires” division), and (2) outdoor power products, such as portable generators, pressure washers and battery products (the “OPE” Outdoor Power Equipment division). MWE markets its products primarily through e-commerce channels, both through its own website portal, as well as leading online retailers (such as Amazon, Lowe’s, and Home Depot).
Job Overview
We are looking for a process-oriented people leader to help us continue to grow and develop our accounts receivable team. The role of Accounts Receivable Manager is key to the continued growth of our business and will partner with Finance and Operations leadership to drive process improvement across the entirety of the orders to cash process flow.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage staff performance by providing regular feedback, performance reviews, one on one meetings, and weekly department touch base meetings
- Monitor and manage escalated customer disputes
- Partner with operations and customers on RMA processing
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Support timely collection of receivables via process and reporting
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and possesses the ability to complete tasks on-time and with little supervision
- Passionate about people development
- Proficient in Microsoft office and ERP systems
- Process oriented
Education / Training Requirements
- Associate degree in Business, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
