This is a front desk, customer service-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist position. That means that if you are an extrovert, this is probably you're calling! You will be interacting with clients daily.

$16 - $18 hourly

• This position offers customer service and accounts receivable responsibilities in an exciting fast-paced environment. The Accounts Receivable Specialist greets visitors, answers the telephone, and follows up on open accounts receivable.
• You will answer incoming telephone calls (along with the rest of the Front Desk staff), determine the purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments.
• You will be the primary accounts receivable collector and will manage both open accounts and accounts in collections.
• Perform various data entry tasks as needed.

• Have a great phone personality and be ready to represent Watkins Construction & Roofing in a cheerful and positive light to all customers you encounter.
• Have previous experience with accounts receivable management.
• Enjoy a team environment where everyone works together in a relentless pursuit of customer satisfaction and loves serving in our community.
