Responsibilities
- Answer telephones and greet residents/clients
- Assist residents with questions regarding balances, etc
- Assist with maintaining tenant database. May include entering payments and making required adjustments in Skyline.
- Assist with making files to hold copies of leases, etc.
- Assist with reconciling ACCB (collections).
- Assist with posting water payments.
- Support A/R functions
- Handle company mailings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
