We have an immediate opening with a leading aerospace international manufacturer in Seattle for a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist. This company specializes in custom design and manufactures product identification components including nameplates, decals, labels and custom panels.
The Accounts Payable Specialist position offers great benefits and a consistent Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm schedule.
This position involves paying invoices and balancing ledgers.
Accounts Payable Specialist Duties:
- Making sure invoices are posted properly.
- Making sure invoices are paid appropriately and on time
- Balancing Ledgers
Accounts Payable Specialist Job Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality at all times.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity using accounting software.
- Follow directions and work in a team environment.
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday
- 8:00am-4:30pm
Location: Interbay area of Seattle. Easily accessible by public transit, plenty of street parking if you drive.
