This in an entry-level opportunity with a regional family-owned and professionally managed company, serving the hospitality and healthcare markets since 1934.

Responsibilities:

• Provides financial, administrative and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed and expense accounts are charged by cost center.
• Pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities and scheduling and preparing checks.
• Processes expense report and prepare payments.
• Prepare excel spreadsheets for management.
• Experience 1 - 3 years in accounts payable.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs.
• Perform other duties that are needed to support the accounting department.
