CAMP is a Family Experience Company that helps answer the question "What should we do today?" through a unique combination of Retail & Media. Launched in December of 2018, CAMP operates nine retail locations in New York, Texas, Connecticut, Massachusetts, California, and New Jersey, and serves families everywhere via its digital platforms.

What is the role?

CAMP is currently looking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the team to support our growing business. This individual will assist in the accounts payable process.This position reports to the accounts payable manager and will be part of CAMP LABS aka corporate team.

What will you do at CAMP?

• Managing AP workflow at a timely and accurate processing of incoming AP invoices; this includes 3-way matching, coding, and entering invoices
• Working with Operations and buying team to resolve any issues surrounding receipt of goods for POs and/or processing of PO invoices
• Responding to vendor inquiries, research, and resolve discrepancies at a timely manner
• Reconciling vendor statements and outstanding invoices to ensure payments are up to date
• Review corporate card and T&E expense reports

What will you bring to CAMP?

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment
• Previous retail accounts payable experience preferred
• Desire to be part of a tight knit team looking to transform the traditional retail experience
• Ability to work with high volume of invoices and vendor inquiries
• Excellent communication skills required
• Excellent attention to details
• Ability to work collaboratively across different departments
• You are authorized to work lawfully in the United states
