RESSCO is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our RESSCO team which has more than 50 years of combined experience involving multi-million dollar real estate transactions, equity investments and development/construction projects. Primary Functions:
- Lead Negotiator with vendors on all billing disputes
- Manage timely approvals of invoices and payments.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of Accounts Payable activities
- Review and maintain Accounts Payable processes and procedures
- Responsible for maintaining internal controls for all Accounts Payable activities
- Responsible for vendor maintenance
- Negotiate the best price and terms with contractors and vendors on behalf of the company
- Manage inquiries from vendors & residents to appropriate staff.
- Perform other duties and assignments as prescribed by Senior Staff.
Experience and Skills:
- Full cycle Accounts Payable experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in A/P
- Highly proficient with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Highly proficient utilizing Property Management software.
- Problem solving skills.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Customer service related field experience.
