We have an opportunity available for an Full Time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team.
JOB TITLE: Accounts Payable Clerk
EMPLOYER: Western Capital Resources, Inc.

REPORTS TO: Controller / Director of Tax & Accounting
EFFECTIVE DATE: 5/1/2022
SUMMARY: If you can perform a wide range or accounts payable and administrative duties to support the accounting department, we would love to talk to you.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive vendor invoices, review and resolve discrepancies
- Interacts with vendors and department managers when resolving discrepancies.
- Prepare invoices for approvals and data entry
- Invoice data entry
- Process check runs and alternate payment entry
- Maintain vendor W-9 forms on file
- Assists with month-end close and monthly reports
- Performs other AP, accounting and administrative duties or projects as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of one year of accounts payable processing and data entry experience
- Operate with a sense of urgency and the ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Ability to work independently and as a team member when needed
