The Accounts Payable Clerk performs accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.
Qualifications :
Proficient using the 10-key.
Excel and Outlook programs; Stratton Warren and Infinium systems experience - a plus but not required.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast paced, high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timelines.
Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of accounts.
Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner.
High School diploma required.
