Kahala Brands, a globally recognized leader in quick-service restaurant franchising located in beautiful Scottsdale Arizona, currently has an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the headquarters team. Kahala franchisees and partners operate a portfolio of over 28 quick-service restaurant brands including Cold Stone Creamery, Blimpie, TacoTime and Baja Fresh, among others, in over 20 countries around the world.
YOU SHOULD WORK FOR KAHALA!
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience with SAGE software and be well versed in accounts payable processing. You will need to display professional communication skills and perform the functions of the role with an attention to detail. A background in customer service is a must.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processes A/P invoices for multiple brands/companies
- Runs accounts payable aging reports to process weekly payments and mail out checks
- New vendor set ups, W-9 verification
- Credit Applications
- Other duties as assigned
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, with attention to detail
- Sense of urgency and a drive to completion
- Strong internal and external customer service focus
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
- 3-5 years of AP experience is preferred
- SAGE 300 or similar ERP experience is preferred
