Who is Integrity Group?

Our roots trace back to over 30 years, beginning as custom home builders in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Our journey began from humble beginnings in Justin, where we had more land than office space becoming what was endearingly known to our team as “The Ranch”. Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Summary:

The AP Clerk will support the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist with the daily and weekly AP responsibilities. The below is an essential list of job functions and not a limitation of all functions which may be added in the future.

Essential Functions:

• Assist the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

• Organize invoices to ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner

• Accurately and timely perform data entry of vendor invoices

• Obtain required approvals for invoices, as needed

• Perform 2-way matching process to make sure Approved PO’s match vendor invoices

• Posting of manual and recurring EFTs/ACHs

• Assist with the weekly check runs and semi-monthly payroll check runs

• Assist with the management of vendor and internal relations and communications as it relates to payment status, invoicing discrepancies, or other issues

• Monitor and process incoming vendor invoices through AP inboxes

• Audit and post Expensify expense software reports

• Digitize and organize current/past records for archival purposes

• Perform ad-hoc duties, as assigned

• Follow internal accounting procedures and policies to ensure financial security is maintained

• Continue to improve the department by finding more efficient and effective ways to perform the duties of the role.

• Maintains regular and punctual attendance

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency
• 2 years minimum experience in Accounts Payable
• Some college or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred

OR

• Any combination of related education, experience, certifications, and licenses that will result in candidate successfully performing the essential functions of the job.

Conditions of Employment:

• Pass a criminal history background check including a social security number verification.
• Pass a drug test.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States (I-9).
• Possess a valid State of Texas driver’s license within 30 days of employment.

Machines, Tools, Equipment and Work Aids: The essential functions of this position require the use of a phone, laptop, copy machine and other general office equipment.

Environmental Factors: The essential functions of this position are performed inside an office environment.

Travel required:

Must be willing to travel to neighboring cities to visit and work on job sites, so reliable transportation is a must.

Work Hours:

Typical office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with occasional evening attendance for company-sponsored events.
