Accounts Payable Clerk

Eaton Metal Products is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk based in our Denver, CO location.

Job Responsibilities:

- Daily: Invoice processing, printing, and organizing. Verifying accurate GL Codes, receipt of goods, and taxes within purchase orders. Scheduling and preparing invoices for future check runs. Conversing with vendors on payment status and invoice errors. Frequent emailing and calling of different company locations for corrections to PO’s or approvals on invoices. Updating PO/AP Batches with high accuracy.

- Weekly: Auditing of check register and completing the check run for multiple company accounts. Filling Invoices and maintaining organized records. Mailing of checks.

- Review statements monthly.

- Make sure invoices are current.
