Baker University seeks qualified applicants for an Accounts Payable Clerk at the Baldwin City, Kansas campus. The Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk’s primary functions are to accurately process all invoices in a timely manner; prepare student refund checks; and provide support to the Accounting Coordinator, Controller, and other Business Office employees.

Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles with strong data entry skills. In addition, they must demonstrate a high degree of accuracy with attention to detail; the ability to maintain confidentiality; have the ability to work well under pressure of deadlines; and display effective verbal and written communication skills, while maintaining a cohesive team environment.
