This Position is a Hybrid Position.

The Accounts Payable Administrator position is responsible for the performance of global Accounts Payable tasks.


Qualifications


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and perform all aspects of the accounts payable cycle in a timely and accurate manner and in conformance with corporate guidelines
  • Review, process and/or reconcile vendor invoices and check requests
  • Ensure accurate GL coding and approvals on all account’s payable invoices
  • Identify, reconcile, and resolve payable discrepancies
  • Respond to and resolve vendor inquiries
  • Maintain accounts payable records in an organized manner, including filing of invoices
  • Support payment processing
  • Provide various general accounting support including various audit requirements
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
  • Manage and reconcile vendor statements
  • Produce reports as needed
  • Support financial month/quarter/year-end close
  • Support W9 and 1099 process/requirements
  • Provide support for expense processing
  • Additional duties may be assigned to meet business needs
  • Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended

Requirements


Education/Experience

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or an equivalent amount of experience

Certifications and/or Qualifications

  • Knowledge of relevant technical software
  • Spreadsheet skills with working knowledge of Excel/MS office
  • Knowledge of general ledger and general account procedures
