Foresight ASG, Inc. seeks a Accounts Payable Accountant in San Francisco, CA.Duties:
Prepare invoices and apply payments.
Reconcile AR discrepancies & AP reconciliation.
Handle a high volume of correspondence for multiple clients.
Other Accounting duties tasks projects assigned as needed.
Problem-solving, improving systems, and contributing to the success of the team.
Also assisting in various data entry.
Assist in filing.
Assist with responding to and investigating customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, fax and e-mail in a timely and courteous manner.
The employer allows this position to be 100% remote.
Requirements: Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
Two years of experience in QuickBooks and customer service support. Full-time.
