Position Summary Information
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from High School and five years of experience in accounting work; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
License/Certification Required
Essential Job Functions
Duties may include preparing deposits, reconciling accounts and p-cards, balancing spreadsheets in Excel, invoicing, travel reimbursement forms, submitting requisitions and direct payment requests in Yomart, preparing settlement sheets for programs, setting up new spreadsheets, and journal entries in Banner.
Preferred Qualifications
4 year degree in Accounting + 1 year of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Exert up to 10 lbs of force occasionally and/or trivial amount of force constantly to move objects, including the human body. Sitting most of the time. Close visual acuity to perform activities; prepare and analyze data; transcribe; view computer; extensively read.
