Stuck Enterprises, Inc is a family owned company headquartered in Waynesburg, PA. Stuck Enterprises is currently seeking a Retail Accounting Specialist. We are looking for a motivated individual to assist in managing and growing our retail operations business which includes 4 Exxon convenience stores and a Beer Distributor in the tri-state area.
Duties:
- Review/Post daily retail sales
- Invoice house accounts (AR)
- Create reports on a regular basis for management team
- Reconcile account balances for banking
- Monthly Inventory reconciliation
- Submit monthly sales to proper personnel
- Assist in month end closing
- Assist in Price book management
Experience:
- Proficient with MS office programs
- 1 year of accounting experience preferred
