ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Specialist is responsible for a variety of financial activities including, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, reconciliations, general accounting, and other special projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform daily accounting/bookkeeping activities
- Process invoices
- Accounts receivable collection
- Monitor state sales tax collection and filing
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field
- Experience with accounts receivable collection
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Netsuite a plus
- Knowledge of state sales tax a plus
- Avalara experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
