Job Duties
- Compile and sort invoices and checks
- Handle accounts payable duties and/or accounts receivables
- Record business transactions
- Input daily worksheets into the general ledger system
- Record charges and refunds
- Utilize computer systems to run databases, pay bills and order supplies
- Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
- Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
- Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
