Overview:

• Co-Manage the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Analyze accounting data and produce reports.
• Enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
• Assess and improve systems and procedures.

Detail:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
• Month end process o accounts receivable o cash receipts o general ledger.
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Cash forecasting.
• Revenue variance analysis.
• Capital assets reconciliations.
• Bank account reconciliations.
• Fixed asset activity.
• Debt activity.
• Manage audit requests.
• Facilitate new systems and processes.
• Assign projects and direct staff.
• Maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
• Support internal and external customer requests.
• Government Accounting experience is preferred (not required).

Location:

• Can be 99% telework with occasional team meetings/events afterward.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
