We are a family-owned manufacturing company who has been in the area for over ten years, and our team is growing. We are currently looking for a full-time, permanent Cost Analyst to join our on-site team. This role is based in Claremont, NH, and reports to the Chief Financial Officer. This is an Exceptional Opportunity for the Right Accounting Candidate. This is NOT a remote position.

Job Summary:

WHS Homes, Inc. is currently looking for a motivated, dynamic, collaborative and determined candidate to fill the position. The Cost Analyst is responsible for plant level costs and controls including cost accounting, bill of material audits, cost analysis, and inventory valuation for all locations/brands. This will include establishing new Bill of Materials, Inventory Items and Labor and Overhead Codes/Costs.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Cost analysis for our manufacturing facilities
• Journal Entry Preparation
• Posting Sales and any Cost of Goods Accruals
• Review costs of products and establishing Retail Pricing
• Preparation & analysis of Project Sales and Cost of Sales by Project
• Assist plant managers with any inquiries
• Periodic visit and/or work sessions at the plants, includes Time Studies as required
• Participate in annual physical inventory

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Manufacturing Accounting (3 years Preferred)
• Costing Experience (3 years minimum Preferred)
• Able to handle multiple tasks and information
• Analytical
• Detail oriented
• Excellent knowledge of Windows software environment (Excel)
• Knowledge of SAP and Intaact (Preferred)
