Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Supervise the collection of incentives and rebates, and maintain a master file of program guidelines. Informs controller of any incentives overaged for possible write-offs. Works with sales managers to see why incentives have not been paid.

• RDR all newly sold units to the manufacturer.

• Stocks in all-new franchise vehicles in post journals. Ensures inventory clerk has created all inventory jackets and back up the inventory clerk on stocking in vehicles.

• Must post all adjustments via JV’s (journal vouchers). All JV’s cannot be posted without supporting documents and final approval from the controller.

• Prepares schedules assigned to you for weekly asset meetings with comments.

• Responsible for filing all receipts and deal jackets as pertains to your desk.

• Processes all wholesales, dealer trades, and lease buybacks.

• Track and post all dealer trade payments to forward to the documents office.

• Other responsibilities as they arise and are needed.

• Assist office manager or controller as needs arise.

• Consistently maintains a positive, productive attitude at all times.

• Continuous weekly/monthly UCS training.

• Welcomes continuous learning in the accounting office and willing attitude to help team members in office when able to offer assistance.

Qualifications needed to succeed include:

• Prior Dealership Experience
• Maintaining a positive and productive attitude at all times
• Detail-oriented and good communication skills
