The Roads Home Health Care is seeking experienced sales professionals to fill the role of Account Executive to help grow our referral base in the Indian River County area.

The candidate will be a confident and skilled speaker, listener, and be able to build and create new relationships.

You will be responsible for generating referrals for home health care by building relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, independent and assisted living facilities, and other community resources.

Qualifications:

· 1-2 years minimum experience in the Healthcare Sales

· The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.

· Prior sales/marketing experience a plus but will train the right individual

· Formal sales training

· Confident and a skilled speaker and listener. The candidate must be able to build and create new relationships with referral sources

· Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market

College Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
