The Account Analyst provides support and assistance to the Underwriting team. Responsibilities include gathering data both internally and externally to ensure that all documentation regarding new and existing accounts are accurate and updated in the underwriting systems. In addition, the Account Analyst will be responsible for quoting, modifying, and approving new and existing business within the established guidelines set forth by the Underwriting Leadership Team. This is a full-time role with the option to work remotely 3 days a week.

• Works closely with the managing underwriter to ensure compliant and accurate policy issuance.
• Works to meet analyst service standards when working with the assigned underwriter.
• Gathers, prepares and tracks Underwriting Review sheets for renewal policies.
• Quotes and modifies existing business within established guidelines.
• Prepares at the direction of the Underwriter quotations, binders and or transactions outside of established guidelines.
• Utilizes knowledge of automated systems to develop information for new or renewal policies.
• Reviews requests for renewal, cancellation and endorsement and gathers additional
  documentation necessary for processing.
• Follows outlined workflow procedures and maintains high accuracy on file documentation and
  computer and printed information.
• Maintains service standards with timely communication and follow-up to agent requests.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Good verbal and written communications skills a must.
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
• Strong data entry and computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
