Job description

This position works as an extension of the Academic Support Office to manage the quarterly class scheduling cycle and provide training/support on the related systems. As a member of the Academic Support office this position provides support for activities of the college’s educational staff and students. Academic Support positions report to the Director of Academic Support.

Salary is $21.00 - 22.00 per hour.

Requirements

An Associate's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. A minimum one year experience in a retail or customer service role in busy office or academic environment is required.

SKILLS:

 Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, student information system (SIS), and learning management system (LMS) applications
 A team player
 Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task on a regular basis
 Must maintain confidentiality of all student records
 Must have very strong organizational and time management skills
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
 Excellent customer service skills
 Must be able to represent the college in a professional manner with all students, staff, and vendors
