The Department of Neurological Surgery at UMass Memorial Medical Center and the UMass Chan Medical School is actively recruiting a board-certified neurosurgeon with fellowship training and/or experience in complex spine surgery.

The UMass Center for Spine Health is a multidisciplinary program that is enjoying rapid growth. There is a clinical demand for additional Neurosurgery faculty with expertise in the management of complex spinal disorders. Experience in spinal reconstruction surgery, degenerative spine surgery, spine trauma, robotic spine surgery or minimally invasive spine surgery is desired. This position requires a commitment to excellence in patient care, teaching, and research. Clinical, basic or translational research interests are encouraged and will be aggressively supported. The academic rank will be commensurate with expertise and training. We offer highly competitive compensation and excellent benefits. Applicants must be board certified or board eligible in neurological surgery.
