Position Title: ABA Program Supervisor
Location: Hesperia, Victorville, Apple Valley, Adelanto, Barstow and surrounding areas
Position type: Full-time or Part-time
Willing to Train
- FBAs willing to train
- Acquire supervision hours for BCBA certification
JOB SUMMARY:
- Oversee Behavior Interventionists
- Write Progress Reports
- Add/update intervention/treatment plans
- Provide Parent Training
- Provide field training to Behavior Interventionists
- Participate in team meetings
- Participate in Quality Assurance
QUALIFICATIONS
- Passionate about working with children and families
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Bachelors Degree and currently enrolled or accepted into a BCBA program
- Master's degree in Psychology or in related field. (preferred)
- Ability to conduct and write FBAs (preferred) willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to write Progress Reports
- Bilingual-Spanish
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
- Excellent written and spoken communication
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
