Trio Labs is seeking an experienced 3D Printer/Additive Manufacturing Technician to help achieve its mission of disrupting medical device micro-manufacturing for ultra-resolution small metal parts. About You:

• You have 5+ years of experience working in manufacturing facilities, operating and maintaining machines. 3D Printing experience is a plus.
• You can run standard processes on machines, and when things don’t work, you can help find out what went wrong, communicate the issues to your supervisor, and find solutions.
• You’re good at troubleshooting equipment.
• You have experience working with measurement equipment including documenting and reporting measurement results.
• You enjoy working directly on equipment and getting your hands dirty.
• You have excellent attention to detail. You can follow technical work instructions precisely and safely.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You’re able to communicate successes and challenges openly. Trio highly values a team-oriented mindset, where success is determined by performance at the organizational level more than the individual level.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prioritize safety for self and others, and perform all jobs safely, raising all safety concerns to management. Always wear PPE appropriate to the task.

2. Unload, clean and set up 3D printer to enable print runs. Launch runs as requested.

3. Process printed parts, measure them, and prepare them for post-processing steps. Measure after post-processing.

4. Execute preventive maintenance for printer and other equipment.

5. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail. Follow technical work instructions precisely and safely.

6. Run standard processes on machines, and when things don’t work help find out what went wrong, communicate the issues to your supervisor, and find solutions.

7. Contribute to written documentation for Standard Operating Procedures, Quality and Safety Rules

8. Help maintain lab and warehouse areas. Keep areas organized. Help improve organization and cleanliness. As needed, perform cleaning duties such as taking out trash and recycling, wiping or mopping surfaces, properly disposing of waste including hazardous waste while adhering to all PPE and safety protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
