Position: Porter/Groundskeeper

Pay: $22/hr

ProRecruiters is seeking a Part-time Porter/Groundskeeperto support a private residence in Tulsa! For this opportunity, you must be able to work Part-time, pass a background check and sign a confidentiality agreement.

Job Description:

• Be an extension of the property management and housekeeping departments by providing groundskeeping and cleaning support to both functional departments
• Demonstrating a hands-on approach to daily house maintenance; ability to perform routine home repairs
• Grounds keeping duties on exterior such as leaf blowing, water washing of walkways, sweeping, trash removal, salt distribution and removal, etc. to create pristine outdoor environment
• Extensive exterior cleaning including wiping down patio furniture, window and door sills
• Ensure proper site protection of the residence as items are moved in and out. Assisting to carry said items to proper place if needed (including groceries, sundries, etc.)
• Supervise vendors and services to perform work on the house as requested
• Organize and deliver firewood to all fireplaces & pits and start fires as needed. Clean and stock fireplaces weekly
• Run errands as requested by Estate Manager/Property Manager/Principals as requested
• General care and upkeep of residence; assisting with general cleaning as needed
• Assisting with all event set up and break down; formal service of meals / drinks as requested
• Keep the pool clean and plants watered as needed
• Care of trash and recycling inside and outside the house
• Assisting with outdoor seasonal décor for holidays, set up and removal
• Additional duties and responsibilities as needed and upon request

Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds routinely without injury. Able to physically navigate an expansive residence
• Must be able to pass background & drug screen
• Must be wiling to sign a confidentiality agreement
