Advance Employment is currently hiring for a great (ESOP company) employee-owned business located in Potterville, MI. This company strives on making you feel like you are part of their family. This job entails making plastic seats for large stadiums and movie theatres.

Job Type: Full Time
3rd Shift - 10pm - 6:30am

Job Duties:

• Regulate molding temperature, volume of plastic, molding, pressure and time.
• Quality Inspection
• Mix Materials
• Construct and fill molds
• Trimming excess material

Minimum Qualifications:

• Manufacturing Experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• Reliable Transportation
• Machine Operating (Prefferred, but not required)

2022 REFERRAL PROGRAM:
Advance applicants & employees can refer friends to join the team & earn $225 per person! You'll receive $125 after your referral works their first 40 hours.
